For heavy doors or very strong slings or very wide, this particular construction allows: - To distribute the weight of the door plus the overload imposed by the standards and DTU in force (+ 100 kg at the end of door in class 4, the most severe); - To stiffen the door by the effect of the fixing ADLOCK points - To support very large shearing effects (up to 130 kg / point)

Short and custom hinge optionsAdvantage of the 25 mm diameter of the ADLOCK hinges
	Le diamètre 25 mm suffit et il est nécessaire pour recevoir tout axe carré ou rectangulaire de pivot de sol. Il permet de maintenir un jeu standard entre la porte et le fixe (mur ou dormant) de l’ordre de 6 mm. Un diamètre supérieur de penture, par exemple 45 ou 50 mm, impose de doubler ce jeu qui devient alors, avec environ 10-12 mm, à la fois peu esthétique et peu fonctionnel : isolation thermique, phonique…

Pour exemple, une porte de 1 m de large et de 6 mm d’épaisseur fixée sur une penture ADLOCK pleine-hauteur a une raideur comparable à une porte de près de 14 mm d’épaisseur montée sur penture traditionnelle. Ou encore, une porte de 1m25 de large et de 10 mm d’épaisseur 10 mm a la raideur équivalente d’une porte d’épaisseur 15 mm.

DIMENSION ADMISSIBLE D'UNE PORTE AVEC PENTURE ADLOCK PLEINE-HAUTEUR
	Dans les règles professionnelles qu’elle a éditées, la FFPV préconise les dimensions ci-jointes pour des portes de cabines de douche, en particulier. Elles résultent de l’expérience et assurent, entre autre, une rigidité suffisante d’une porte fixée par des charnières ou pentures traditionnelles. Avec ADLOCK, bénéficiant de l’effet raidisseur très important d’une penture pleine-hauteur, on pourrait préconiser une épaisseur de 6 mm pour les dimensions les plus grandes de 1m00 de largeur x 2m50 de hauteur (épaisseur équivalente de 14 mm selon les abaques précédentes).
